Adding Session Details for Review

When you set up an event in your CE-Go account, there are several ways to add session content that will be reviewed. Keep in mind that the reviewed session content will also be displayed on your event landing page, your Attendee Dashboard, and in other relevant areas, such as your evaluation and CE certificate.

Manually Add Session Details to Event

Within your CE-Go Account, begin setting up a new event by following the prompts to Create New Event

If you have created a single session event, click on the Session Details menu and make sure to add your required session description, Presenter Information, Learning Objectives, any relevant Learning Levels, and your References for the session.

If you have created a multi-session event, you'll need to add each individual session using the +Add New Session button, and make sure to add the session description, Presenter Information, Learning Objectives, and References for each session.

Use Call for Presentations to Collect Session Details from Presenter

Instead of copying and pasting presenter information submitted to you into your event, you can send a link to your Presenter to submit the information using the Event Planning feature. Your account manager will help you set up your link so you can share directly with your presenters. The link will collect the required session description, learning objectives, disclosures, and presenter info. 

In the Event Planning feature, you can view presenter submissions, by clicking View Submissions.

Select the title of the presentation to view the presentation. 

From the drop down Actions menu, select Create to either assign the proposed session to an already created multi-session event or to create a new single session event.

Follow the prompts to either Add to Existing Event or Create New Event, and the presenter's submitted materials will be added to the Event.

Requesting Cosponsorship 

After your session details have been added to your event, either by manually adding them, or using the Call for Presentations link, you can alert your account manager by clicking the Request Co-Sponsorship button within your event under the Event Planning menu in your CE-Go hosted event.

A message will be sent to your account manager who will submit your sessions to the review team.
